Town & Country “Out of Africa” Ride In Gorham NH

* PRAY FOR SNOW *

We are getting some reports of snowmobilers riding off trail and into areas that are off limits. Remember that if a landowner gets upset with those riders, we may lose that trail altogether. Please respect the landowner and their property.

Remember that even though we have had a lot of cold weather, we have had some warmer weather too. The lakes and ponds may have weak spots, so be very careful. Also, with the ice jams in some of the rivers, when these break up, the lakes and ponds will most likely expand very quickly.

The Easter Seal Ride In to benefit Camp Sno-Mo is February 2nd through February 4th. It looks like there will be a Hawaiian theme to this years ride. You can check this all out on the NHSA website.

SVSR Town and Country Ride In is scheduled for Friday February 9th through February 11th. Laura is still taking names of people that would like to join the club for a super fun weekend. This years theme is “Out of Africa”… in honor of Jen Tyrell who will be heading to Africa for work. This may be her last Gorham trip for a few years. Safe Travels Jen, keep Living the Dream!!

Get-Sno in Newport VT is having a Groomer Rodeo on February 16th and February 17th. There will be a maintenance seminar, operator challenges, product-line reps, groomer demos and facility tours. Get-Sno is where we get many of the parts used to keep our Tuckers up and running. You can check them out on Facebook and on their website.

NHSA and the NH Office of the Attorney General reached an agreement in regards to complaints against the NHSA that was affecting the online membership sales. We will keep you posted as to when the online will be available to our members.

New Trail Maps have arrived! They are now available at Bell Brothers, Bosco Bell, Blueberry Station, Barnstead Country Store, White Buffalo, Patriots Pizza, and New Durham Country Store. Maps can also be obtained at the monthly meetings.

The SVSR Poker Run is snow dependent, and we are hoping to be able to have this fun event. It will be discussed at this months meeting. Volunteers will be needed to make this event happen, so if you are available please let us know. Raffle Prizes are needed if anyone would like to obtain any.

Next Club Meeting is Wednesday February 7th at 7:00 pm.

Keep Calm

Wait for SNOW!
