Environment

The Suncook Valley Sno Riders snowmobile club always takes great care as to not cause any environmental damage and to route trails through the best possible locations. Volunteers build bridges over areas that do not freeze in the winter time like muddy areas, brooks and streams to help ensure snowmobile enthusiasts do not mistakenly drive through delicate areas.

Since the environment is always changing, every summer and fall the trail crews take to the woods to find areas of potential problems and come up with a remedy. As a result we are consistently re-routing trails, building new bridges and repairing bridges built in previous years.

If you have any questions or concerns about possible environmental issues with regards to the snowmobile trail system in Barnstead or Pittsfield, NH please contact us.
